HGD Consulting was founded to provide a unique solution to connect talented but struggling owner operators with shippers/brokers. In one of the worst freight markets on record where owner operators are going out of business by the day and brokers are under more pressure than ever to produce, we designed a solution to connect the two partners together. This solution allows our owner operators to combine fleets and leverage capacity, fleet-size, and price to take on projects that would not be able to be accomplished on their own. With this model, we maintain a best-in-class service at a best-in-class rate with very limited overhead, effectively providing the price of a smaller owner operator but the communication/fleet-size of a larger carrier.
